 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes we do, if you're unhappy with your item, and would like to return please see our RETURNS POLICY PAGE.
 

DO YOU DO GIFT CARDS OR VOUCHERS?

Yes, we most certainly do. 
If you would like a gift voucher please don't hesitate to get in touch with us, you can find our contact details on our website. We offer any amount you require. 
 

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

From the date we receive the returned order, we ask to allow up to 72 hours for us to process the returns, and a further few working days the funds to show in your account. Further info with regards to returns/refunds is on the RETURNS section of the website.
 

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE METHODS?

We send your items off either 1st Class Signed For ( £5 ) Or 2nd Class Signed for ( £3 ), You can choose your preferred method at the checkout. 

We use Royal Mail as our courier service for all parcels. All orders are signed for so please be aware of this. Our working days with Royal Mail are

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

If you have not received your delivery within 7-14 working days, please feel free to contact us.

We cannot be held liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our own reasonable control.
